I do not know which door I need — how do I choose?

We have built a short selector that shows you the right product type once you choose where the door will be installed and how wide the opening is. The fire-resistance rating (EI₂ 30 / 60 / 90), however, is determined by your building's fire strategy — the selector does not decide that for you; it points you to the right door type.

Do you make doors to custom sizes?

This store sells stock (standard) sizes only; sizes are selected from the list on the product page and the price changes with the size you choose. If you need something outside the standard sizes, do not order through the store — contact us directly instead.

The fact that the store sells standard sizes only also matters for your right of withdrawal: because the products are not made to individual specification, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Which dimension is the door size — the structural opening or the frame size?

Wrong measurements are the most common cause of returns, so we will not write this entry on guesswork. If you are not sure of your measurement, confirm it on WhatsApp or by phone before ordering — a few minutes of checking is faster than a return.

Which frame type should I choose?

The frame type follows the thickness and construction of the wall:

• Adjustable wraparound frame — wraps the wall from both sides and suits wall thicknesses of 110–400 mm. The most common choice; if you are unsure of your wall thickness this option is more forgiving.
• Block frame — fixed directly into the structural opening.
• Corner (single-rebate) frame — used on walls over 400 mm or walls that will not be finished.

Panic exit device or lever handle + lock?

A panic exit device (EN 1125) is used on escape-route doors so that a crowd can push the door open in a single movement in an emergency. On doors to escape stairs, floor-lobby exits and assembly areas, projects usually specify a panic exit device. For apartment entrances, plant rooms and storage doors, a lever handle + lock is sufficient.

How do I determine the handing (right / left)?

Because the definition of right- and left-hand differs from manufacturer to manufacturer, we will not write it here until we have set out our own convention. Have it confirmed before you order.

What is the lead time?

A fire door's declared fire resistance depends on correct installation; if you are arranging installation yourself, make sure the frame type matches the wall thickness.

Are the products certified?

Our doors are manufactured as the IQSteel Protum series; the leaf, core and frame values are stated in the technical data sheet and fire-resistance testing is carried out to EN 1634-1. You can download the data sheet from the “Technical data sheet” link in the footer.

How can I pay?

Payment is currently taken by bank transfer. Credit card payment will be available soon.

Prices on the site are in Turkish lira (TRY) and include VAT. You can also view prices in US dollars ($) or euros (€); those amounts are indicative conversions at the day's Turkish Central Bank (TCMB) selling rate. The order, the invoice and the payment are in all cases in Turkish lira.

Do you issue an invoice?

Yes. The invoice is issued by the seller, IQDOORS İnşaat A.Ş.. For a company invoice, simply provide your tax office and tax number when ordering.

What is the warranty period?

Can I return a product?

Because the store sells standard-size products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The product must be uninstalled and undamaged. See the Returns and Withdrawal page for details and the return steps.

Do you handle bulk orders or projects?
