What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files saved to your browser when you visit a website. Sites use them to remember you, store your preferences or measure how you use the site.

Technologies used for similar purposes, such as local storage (localStorage), are also covered by this policy. All of the records our store keeps are of this kind.

Which cookies does this store use?

We DO NOT use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies that identify visitors. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tracking tool on the store.

The records stored in your browser are:

• eisentur_cerez — Strictly necessary / functional. Stores whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice, so the notice does not reappear on every page. Duration: until you delete it.
• iqd-cart — Strictly necessary / functional. Stores the products you added to your cart, the size you selected and the quantities, so your cart survives as you move between pages. Duration: until you delete it or complete the order.
• iqd-orders — Strictly necessary / functional. Stores a summary of the order you placed in the preview environment so that you can see your order number.
• eisentur_para — Strictly necessary / functional. Stores which currency (₺ / $ / €) you want to see prices in, so you do not have to choose again on every page. Duration: until you delete it.

All four of these records are kept ONLY in your browser; they are not sent to our server and not passed to any other organisation. They are all deleted when you clear your browser data.

Beyond this, as on every web server, technical access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested) are kept. This is not a cookie; it is used for security and fault diagnosis.

Types of cookie

In general, cookies fall into the following groups by purpose. At present our store only holds records from the first group:

• Strictly necessary / functional cookies: required for the store to work and to remember your cart and preferences. They cannot be switched off, but they do not build a personal profile.
• Performance / analytics cookies: measure how pages are used. Not used in our store.
• Marketing / targeting cookies: used to serve and measure advertising. Not used in our store.

What happens if you reject?

If you reject the notice, the store keeps working with all of its functions; your cart and your order flow are unaffected and you lose no features. Your rejection is likewise stored in your browser so that the notice is not shown again.

If analytics or marketing cookies are added in future, they will run only with your explicit consent and this page will be updated.

How to change your preference

You can reset your saved preference with the button below; the cookie notice will be shown again and you can make a new choice.

You can also delete or block cookies and site data at any time from your browser's settings. The steps are described on the help pages of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. If you delete site data, your cart will be emptied as well.
